From the moment you place an order, we strive to exceed your expectations. From an acknowledgement once the order is placed to a follow up confirmation after the order has shipped, we are here to help.

All orders are payable in U.S. Dollars.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Placing an Order

When placing your order over the phone, through email, or via fax please have the following information ready: the item number, size, color, and quantity of the item(s) you wish to purchase as well as billing, shipping, and payment information.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to merchandise shipped within the states of MI, PA, TN and VA.
International Shipping
When shipping internationally, additional charges will apply and a customer service representative will contact you with a quote for the freight amount. Please know that the quote provided is for freight only and does not
include any applicable duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Duties and taxes are paid for in either of the following methods:
1. Once the items reach the destination country, you will be contacted with an exact amount due and will need to make arrangements for payment prior to delivery.
2. You will be billed for them at a later date, in which case you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives to inform you of the final amount and we will charge the credit card provided on the original
order.
Expedited delivery is not available for international shipments.
Shipping within the Contiguous U.S.
We will ship all in-stock, completed orders within one business day after receipt of your request. All orders in the 48 contiguous United States, unless otherwise
specified, are shipped via UPS Ground from our facility in Taylor, MI. We must have a physical street address for shipping, unfortunately PO Boxes are non-deliverable. Shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional
shipping charges. Please contact our customer service group by calling 1-800-715-5112 or email us at fmgearstore@halo.com to receive a quote.
Expedited Delivery
When requesting expedited delivery (Next Day or 2nd Day Air), we must receive your request prior to 2:00 p.m. EST to ensure that your merchandise will ship the same day. Additional
charges do apply, please reference freight tables provided (above) for those amounts. Some merchandise is not eligible for expedited shipping, these items are identified on the DRiV Gear Store.
Expedited delivery is not available for international shipments.
Product Availability
Items shown on the website are subject to availability at the time of order.
Order Acknowledgements
When an order is submitted online, an email confirmation is immediately sent to you at the email address provided.
Lead Time
All in-stock merchandise orders that are complete will ship within one business day of receipt. For orders that have the occasional back-ordered item, we will ship a partial order for you within two business days, unless
otherwise specified.
